Let Luce Training caters for all ages from 16-80+ offering Personal Training sessions for those with injuries, pre/post natal training and goal based training ie; marathon, weight loss & inch loss in personal Circumstances.
We have 2 x male & 4 x female trainers one of those being Lucy, the owner. The Virtual Personal Training Sessions are purely run by Lucy as well as face to face PT in the Studio. All other trainers are based in the studio taking all other Personal Training sessions.
We offer a bespoke package to every client. We are able to create specific memberships for each individual based on their attendance and requirements with us. You can also choose to PAYG if this is more suitable for you.
